Hey Everyone,

           We are Shane & Sarah. Faith Anchor Co has had a lot of new learning, but ultimately it has been a blessing in disguise. God has been guiding us along the path to make a purpose to help the community and those in need.

We started with a small investment into an A4 sublimation printer and home press. We wanted to make shirts for Christmas presents to cut back on costs over the holidays. We also picked up a few ornament and keychain blanks to test out on. 

After a few shirts didn't get pressed hot enough and a few didn't have enough pressure, we had to learn faster so we didn't keep throwing our money down the drain.

It escalated quickly and we were blessed with the arrival of our first A4 (8 inch wide) DTF printer by DXZ. Through trial and error we had way more misprints trying to get it down. This brought on a lot more learning, as a printer with a white channel added is like learning a foreign language. With the experimenting and learning the ins and outs of what can and can't be printed on, we got things down to a science,,,,, or so we thought. 

Not long after we were able to upgrade and got an A3 (13 inch wide) DTF printer and oven to cure the images in. Still hand powdering our images and curing. Our images were doing pretty good at that point. The software was a little more intense for this printer.

Fast forward 6 months later and we have an order in for an A1 (24 inch wide), a shaker for both printers (powders and cures the images continuously), and a dual pneumatic press.

While we tried to figure out how to power the big machines, as everything is color coded for China, we had great help from the best electrician and things were figured out quickly. 

Had some speed bumps setting things up, and a few parts needed here and there. Once the new machines were setup, configured and ready to run, we discovered something that still blows us away. The quality of our images have always been top notch. With the arrival of the new machines it has perfected what we thought was already perfect. Our new images are soft, stretchy and vibrant. Our supplier has worked wonders for us to make sure we have the best product in hand to pass forward. 

When we have any misprints or images that get pressed on shirts or hats crooked, we donate them to those that can use them rather then throw them away and waste a perfectly good clothing item. We don't need the gratitude, the smile on someone's face is worth far more than any thank you being said. 

Recently there has been some health issues that have put a strain on our work life, but in return has allowed us to be closer to family and make sure the healing process goes uninterrupted. Faith Anchor has been the healing needed on the path to an ultimate cure. One day at a time, and if we just give it to God we know we are covered. 

With that said, we have poured our hearts and souls into Faith Anchor Co to not only give the absolute best quality and price to everyone, but to be able to reach out and help those in need. We will continue to grow out in the community as we are able to. You never know what someone is going through.
